Como apoio ao proceso de internacionalización, “(innolact),” ten axuda concedida pola Xunta de Galicia a través de IGAPE para participar no Plan de Fomento das exportacións galegas (Foexga) 2016 -2017, cofinanciado polo Fondo Europeo de Desenvolvemento Rexional no marco do Programa Operativo FEDER de Galicia 2014-2020, OT3 Conseguir un tecido empresarial mais competitivo. Unha maneira de facer Europa.

O obxectivo principal do Plan Foexga é incentivar e estimular o comercio exterior galego e a internacionalización das pemes galegas. O resultado que se pretende é aumentar a base de empresas exportadoras e consolidar a presenza de empresas galegas nos mercados internacionais.

Con la intención de otorgar mayor valor añadido tanto a la empresa como al sector lácteo, Quescrem se encuentra a la vanguardia en Investigación y Desarrollo de nuevos productos, desarrollo de productos a medida y formulaciones y aplicaciones únicas en el mercado.

Los recursos generados han sido continuamente reinvertidos en la empresa, destinando más de un 10% de su cifra de negocio anual a inversiones en I+D+i. Contamos con un departamento propio de I+D con más del 20% de la plantilla total de la empresa, en constante colaboración con el Centro tecnológico Lácteo de Lugo (CTLácteo) y con el CDTI (Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial), con el que hemos trabajado en importantes proyectos colaborativos.

*Se tiene a disposición de todas nuestras partes interesadas, la visión y el plan estratégico del sistema de gestión de I+D+i que rige la norma Une 166002, en la cual estamos certificados.

Our Culinary Yoghurt received the SIAL INNOVATION 2018 label

Innovation and internationalization are pillars of our company, and we take every opportunity to demostrate it, and for that this year we will be once again present in one of the most important global events in the agri-foodsector. From October 21st to the 25th we will be at SIAL Paris 2018 at stand 7C 207. Additionally our Culinary Yoghurt will be part of the exhibition of innovative products because it has been chosen by the organization as one of the most innovative products of the fair, winning the SIAL INNOVATION 2018 distinction.

Organized every two years, this global gastronomic event brings together the most important food and retail professionals in the world, constituting an important source of inspiration for the food industry. At the 2018 show more than 150.000 professional visitors are expected from not only the European Union, but the rest of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

At our stand located at 7C 207, visitors will find information about our latest launches and they will be able to try both our products and some of the cakes, dishes and elaborations made with them.

One of the star products of our presence at the fair will be our Quescrem Culinary Yoghurt that has been distinguished with the SIAL INNOVATION 2018 label. A jury of experts has recognized our yoghurt as one of the most innovative products to be presented at SIAL, among the hundreds of thousands of products that will be part pf the show. At SIAL Paris 2018, more than 7.000 companies from more than 100 countries will present their products to professionals in the sector. All kinds of food products will be exhibited in 21 different exhibition areas of the fair, from drinks, food, ingredients, equipment and final products.

If you still do not know our Culinary Yoghurt, it is a concentrated yoghurt with a high percentage of fat and protein, with a consistent texture similar to cream cheese. It is so concentrated that it transfers the yoghurt flavor to any elaboration, it resists the addition of acids, and the heating, all of which turns our Culinary Yoghurt into a very versatile ingredient perfect for many culinary preparations that can not be made with Greek yoghurt with the same results as mousses, ice cream, sauces, dippings and cakes in which you look for a characteristic flavor of yoghurt and excellent functionality. In addition, it is a clean label product since it does not contain any type of E.

Other products that we will be showing are our recent launches in the universe of healthy products. In response to the growing demand for healthy and functional products with a high added value, and the result of our vision of the latest food trends, we will bring to SIAL PARIS our new Smart Food line, which includes high protein products, lactose-free and low in sugar and fat. In addition, our Fresh Cheese will be present, made with local raw materials and following a process of artisanal elaboration. Of course, other products such as our Regular Cream Cheese, or Plus, will not be missing. Quescrem Plus is a perfect ingredient for frozen pastries, it makes an ideal substitute for glutenfree bechamel, and works increadibly well for many other applications.

We will be offering elaborations made with our products such as cheesecakes, tiramisu, yoghurt mousse and our grilled fresh cheese, so that they can be tasted by all the visitors of the fair who come to meet us.
