Ingredients

100 g. of Quescrem cream cheese with blue cheese
20 g. of foie gras mi-cuit
White chocolate
Preparation

Mix a little foie gras mi-cuit with Quescrem cream cheese with blue cheese with blue cheese with the help of a whisk in a bowl.
Cool the mixture in silicone molds.
After chilling, remove from mold and dip each bombon in white chocolate.
Display
Serve with a little jam and a sprig of rosemary.
