For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts
Rosemary
Salt
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
For the sauce:
2 teaspoons of  Quescrem light cream cheese
5 wisps of saffron (Castilla-La Mancha PDO)
2 tablespoons warm water

Chicken: Heats up the grill well with a few drops of olive oil and brand the chicken. Sprinkle on some rosemary leaves and salt while on the grill. Once both sides are done, take it off and cut into chunks when warm.
Sauce: Dilute saffron stamens in two tablespoons of warm water. Add the coloured water and stir well. Season.
Display
Paint the dish with saffron sauce and place the grilled chicken chunks on top. Accompany with some steamed vegetables such as broccoli or bimi.
