Curry chicken with yoghurt and apples

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 apple
For the sauce:
200 g. of Quescrem Culinary Yoghurt
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of curry

For the chicken and apple: Dice up the chicken breasts into cubes and then grill them. Set them aside. Peel and cut the apple into wedges and grill as well. Set aside.

For the sauce: Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan on a low flame and keep stirring while you toast the curry in it. Add the Quescrem Culinary Yoghurt stirring well.
Display
Add the chicken to the curry sauce and the Quescrem Culinary Yoghurt. Stir well. Place a few wedges of apple on the grill.
