ChocoBó and orange mugcake

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoons of ChocoBó
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon of grated orange peel
Put the egg, oil, ChocoBó, sugar, flour, yeast and grated orange peel into a bowl (following that order and mixing carefully between ingredients). Beat the mixture until obtaining an homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into the cup, leaving 2-3 empty cm on top. Place the cup on a side of the microwave dish with the cup's handle facing out. Bake for 1 minute at the maximum power. Next, rotate the cup 180º on itself so that the handle faces the centre of the dish. Bake for 1 minute at medium power for 1 minute. Carefully remove your cup from the microwave and wait five minutes.
Finally add a tablespoon of ChocoBó as the topping for your mugcake. Ready to eat! Yummy!
