Bite of black pudding and grilled fresh cheese

10 units of hardtack (80 g.)
400 g. black pudding
200 g. of Quescrem Mediterranean style fresh cheese 
70 g. tomato jam
 
Preparation

For the black pudding
Cut the black pudding into slices about 3.5 high. Grilling with a little oil. 

For the fresh cheese
Cut dice of Quescrem Mediterranean style fresh cheese. Put it on the hot plate for one minute each side until it is golden brown.

 
Display
Place the black pudding slices on the hardtack and top them with cubes of grilled fresh cheese and decorate with the tomato jam.

Note: We can decorate with some shoots above.
