2 beef sirloins
For the sauce:
100 g. Quescrem Culinary Yoghurt
5 strands of saffron
1 tablespoon of water
Salt

For the sauce:
Crush the saffron strands in a mortar and dilute them in a teaspoon of hot water so that the pigment dissolves well. Add water to the Quescrem Culinary Yoghurt in a saucepan and stir. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
For the sirloin:
Brand the sirloins on the grill.
Display
Put a little sauce on each sirloin.
